2024 COVID-19 Office Policies

Welcome! My practice follows Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). I have been fully vaccinated.


Requirements before & upon arrival: 

• Masks are optional at this time, please let me know ahead of time, if you prefer I wear one during your appointment.
• Please wait outside until the time of your appointment, I will open the door for you.
• There are two restrooms available in the hallway outside the studio.

While in the studio:

• Hand sanitizer is available in the entrance area, and around the office for you to use as needed.

During the massage session:

• At this time, masks are optional. I will wear a mask if you prefer, no problem!

Office policies:

• The massage area & all high touch areas are cleaned/disinfected between every client. The bathroom is cleaned every day.
• Linens including pillow cases/blankets are changed for every client & stored in a bin away from the massage area.
• Windows & doors are as open as possible, a HEPA filter is kept running, filtering the air every six minutes.
• The office is cleaned and disinfected at the end of every work day, floors are vacuumed & mopped with EPA approved disinfectants. I choose environmentally friendly options when possible.
• My shirt is changed between every client.
• I have taken the mandatory VOSHA training as required by the State of Vermont.
